The rental takes place by right under the following general conditions:
The tenant declares to occupy the rented property personally, to occupy it as a “good housekeeper” and to maintain it properly. All appliances are in working order; complaints made more than 24 hours after arrival at the rented property will not be accepted. Repairs required as a result of damage caused by negligence or bad use of the rented property will be at the tenant’s expense. The tenant will also take care not to cause a nuisance in the neighborhood.
The rented property is rented furnished and equipped with kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, blankets and pillows as described in the attached inventory list*). If necessary, upon the tenant’s departure, the landlord or his representative shall be entitled to charge an amount for cleaning the rented property, as well as an amount for the value of objects, furniture or materials that are broken, soiled, destroyed or damaged and those objects used during the rental other than for their intended use, the price of cleaning soiled blankets, a compensation for any kind of damage to curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, rugs, windows, beds, etc.

The tenant indicates to be insured against the Civil Liability associated with rent (fire and water damage). In case of not being insured, the tenant is liable for the cost of damages and interest on these costs. The landlord is obliged to insure the leased property and the tenant is obliged to notify the landlord within 24 hours in case of damage in the building and outbuildings or associated buildings.
The tenant may not deny the landlord access to the leased property if requested by the landlord or his representative.

Cancellation conditions:
The parties agree on the following cancellation conditions
For cancellation from 30 to 0 days before the arrival day: 100 % of the rent.

Cancellation conditions:
In case of non-payment of rent and/or other charges (electricity, gas, water, telephone and tax) or in case of non-compliance with any of the terms of the contract and 8 days after a reminder sent in vain, the landlord may terminate the rental contract with immediate effect.
